What a fantastic view! Outstanding accommodations and nice touches, like supplies of soap, paper towels, etc. For good eats at an affordable price, try Seaside Bar & Grill at the corner of Seaside and Kuhio!

Nick, what a great place! It is so convenient to so many things especially the beach and The Bus. The decor is awesome and quite comfortable. Love the balcony. We had an amazing time, now on to Maui. Thanks so much.

What a great room! Having booked on-line we were apprehensive but Nick was great. The room is everything he said it was – and more – what a view!! There’s so much to see and do – never a dull moment. Nick's condo is the best value in Waikiki. The granite counter top, dishwasher, and DVD player, are just a few of the amenities. Nick has decorated a "home away from home" for his guests. The pictures on the website "tell it like it is". Probably the most important feature--IT'S CLEAN--SPOTLESS!!! Thanks to Nick, this was our most memorable trip to OAHU.

Just a quick note to thank you for the wonderful accommodations that you provide at the Island Colony. I rented it for my brother and his wife who loved it. It was clean with a great view and huge Lanai. We stayed in another place about a mile away (what a mistake) but spent a couple of evenings just relaxing on the huge Lanai and talking over the events and sights of the day. With my brother on crutches, the Jacuzzi, sauna and pool made it an even better deal. If you do not grab this one up, you will probably be paying too much elsewhere for your stay. Being only about 3 short blocks from Waikiki Beach and the main drag of Kalakaua Avenue. I know that I will be staying there the next trip I make there and will be sure to give Nick's number to anybody I know planning a trip. Please remember to send me some cards to give to the travel agents I know here on the east coast, Nick. Nick is great to deal with and is very honest in his dealings.

What at terrific time and a GREAT view!! Pool was big fun. Lots of good shopping, beaches and dining to walk to. Hard to find granite countertops and DVD players in a rental condo! Very nice and clean. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the pleasure of meeting Nick and viewing the property last fall. This March of 2003 I stayed in unit 3005, and found that it exceeded my expectations, and offered all that was needed to make one feel "at home". The location is convenient to all one could want, with 99% of shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. within a couple of blocks. The unit itself is a 1st. class property, very tasteful, and was spotlessly clean! I am rather a fanatic about cleanliness and this property more than met my expectations. This will become our new 1st. choice of preferred properties to stay during our visits to Waikiki, and I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending the property to anyone who seeks quality and comfort. My only concern, this is one of the BEST deals in Hawaii, and may become so popular that one would have to book well in advance to ensure a reservation! If so, let's hope it leads to more offerings of the same top notch quality! Mahalo Nick, and we are already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Thanks Nick for making a cozy, clean and comfortable place for us to stay in Waikiki. I love the large, thick and thirsty towels for showers plus the extra ones just for the beach. It is so nice to have a full bar of soap for the shower too, not those little slivers often found in hotels. We both enjoyed the side by side fridge with icemaker as it make for nice cool beverages after a full day at the beach or off sight seeing. I would highly recommend this spot for a couple who want affordable luxury with all the comforts of home and a nice view too. We can't wait to return to Waikiki.
