The nearest re-compression chamber is in Denpasar, 120 km or three hours drive south west from Tulamben. Amlapura, 30 km south, has a hospital.
All our Bali scuba resorts have oxygen on site, and helicopter evacuation is available for appropriately insured guests. One divemaster is provided for every four divers. We do advise you to have your own dive insurance policy - see terms page for recommendations.
Scuba Seraya Dive Resort has safety deposit boxes in reception and 24 hr security guards. There is a tourist police office 3 km back towards Tulamben.
