2004 Eurasia Professional Exchanges and Training Program

The deadline for proposals for the 2004 Professional Exchanges and Training Program for Eurasia (formerly referred to as the New Independent States or NIS) was January 9, 2004. The announcement number for this competition was ECA/PE/C/EUR-04-33.

The 2004 Request for Grant Proposals (RFGP) for Central and Eastern Europe will be announced in late 2004. It will be published in the Federal Register and at this website.
