Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
At Medic Assist, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return or exchange it. (No refunds are made for custom engraved items.)  We will satisfy you in accordance with our return policy.

Hassle Free Process:

  • By E-Mail:  Send us an e-mail and describe why you are not satisfied.  We will respond with a resolution in accordance with our return policy

  • By Phone: Call us at 1-877-902-8969 to arrange for a return authorization number.


Return Policy:

Merchandise returned because of a Medic Assist typo in engraving:

  • Merchandise returned because of a Medic Assist typo in engraving, within 30 days of purchase, will be replaced at  absolutely no charge. Watches will have only the back replaced.  
  • Return request must reference the original invoice number (invoice in shipment package) and include a "Return Authorization Order Number" that is issued by Medic Assist.  Call or E-Mail Medic Assist for this number to be issued and for a copy of the original invoice if you cannot find yours.

Merchandise returned because of a Customer typo in engraving:

  • Merchandise returned because of a Customer typo in engraving, within 30 days of purchase, will be replaced at  a minimal charge. Medic Assist will replace the item and charge only for the price of the new item plus shipping and handling.  Watches will have only the back replaced.   Engraving the replacement item will be done by Medic Assist at  no additional charge. Medic Assist DOES NOT reimburse for third party engraving, adjustments, or any other charges.
      
  • Return requests must reference original invoice number (invoice in shipment package) and include a "Return Authorization Order Number" that is issued by Medic Assist.

Merchandise returned because of an electronic malfunction:

  • Alert-A-Medic units are shipped with a one year limited warranty.  Upon receipt, the warranty registration card should be mailed in to the warranty center.
  • Specifics of this warranty are included with the instructions in the package.

Merchandise returned for any other reason:

  • If, for any other reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Medic Assist and let us know what the problem is.  Our staff is always willing to help.

General:

  • Merchandise paid for by check can be refunded in no less than 10 days after the transaction or after original funds have cleared.
