In addition to maintaining a continuous dialog with most of the CRM solution developers, I rely on many other sources of information to try to stay on top of all the things going on in this wild business. Since so many of you have asked, I am listing the better ones here for your use. Many of the web sites also publish opt-in newsletters, they can be very interesting as well.
