Child Support Payment Information

To obtain payment information click on the KIDS Online link  =>

You may choose one of the following ways to make child support payments:

  • Send your payment to CSSD by U.S. mail:

  • Sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

To use this option you must complete and sign an authorization form.  Please indicate the time of the month you want us to withdraw the funds and amount of the withdrawal. 

Send or fax the completed and signed authorization with a voided check or copy of your deposit slip to:

  •  Make a payment in person

If you are in Anchorage you can come to the cashier at our customer service center and make a payment.  The hours for the cashier are 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The customer service counter is located on the 3rd floor of the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7th Ave.  It is open from 7:30 a.m. until 4:50 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

There are some free visitor parking spaces available on the north end of the parking lot between "F" & "G" streets. 
 

  • Make a payment using Western Union

    Non-custodial parents can send their child support payments using the Western Union Quick Collect Service.  This allows you to make payments electronically from any Western Union Agent location nationwide.
