Our family has managed this charming little hotel since 1940. Our great-grandmother, Stella, bought this villa from a nobleman's family, and with her daughter, Maria, converted it into a "Pensione". Following in Grandmother Maria's footsteps, our mother, Gabriella, successfully managed this hotel with the same care and attention for another 20 years. Then, in 1992, we began this work- continuing the tradition of the women in our family! In 1997 we completely refurbished the house to give our guests all modern comforts, yet without losing our friendly and family-style atmosphere. A rich breakfast is served in a charming dining room each morning, while during the summer months it is served in the delightful garden. It is a buffet-style breakfast comprising of corn flakes (6 varieties), yogurt, cheese, chocolate cream, various jams, biscuits, orange juice, and often home-made cakes and bread. If you get to Venice by car, get on the ferryboat and enjoy free parking in our garden. Our hotel has a café, a laundry service, and fax and email services at your disposal. We are also at your disposal for help in booking tours and restaurants, money exchange, tourist information and any other services that could help make your holiday more pleasant. We remind you that there is a regular boat service to St. Mark's Square every 5 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes at night.
