Our Return Policy / Bat Warranty

Our policy on returns is basically 30 days (except special order items).  Returns are accepted on unused equipment still in its original packaging for up to 30 days.  We Cannot Accept Returns On Bats if the Cellophane Wrapper Has Been Removed. 

All sporting goods, once used, are warranted by their manufacturer.  That warranty varies by product.  Almost every aluminum bat in our catalog is covered for 1 year from purchase for normal denting, cracking and defects under normal use by the bat manufacturer. Wood bats by all manufacturers do not have any warranty.

You will get a receipt with every purchase and it is important that you save that receipt.  If you need the phone number to obtain a return authorization number from the manufacturer, check your warranty information that came with the product, or see the information below.  Most bat return authorizations can be obtained from the manufacturer's web site (see below).

Bats once used are warranted by the manufacturer.

Do not call The Batter's Box if you have a dented or cracked bat.  

Call the manufacturer below for replacement instructions.

If you need a copy of your receipt, send us an e-mail and we will fax or mail one to you.

If it is an issue of fit or comfort or just not what you were looking for, you may exchange or return the product as long as it is still in it's original packaging and never been used.  We will refund or replace, however shipping charges in this instance are not refundable.

To return any unused item(s), make a copy of your receipt, circle the item you are returning and write at the bottom of the receipt your reason for return (i.e. - Return for Refund, Return for exchange for ... ) Please note:  Shipping charges are not refundable. We only refund shipping charges if a mistake by The Batter's Box was made in your order.

If we make any mistake, we will rectify it as soon as possible.

Special order items such as personalized and custom bat bags are not returnable.  Personalized bats are not returnable UNLESS there is a manufacturers defect or you receive the wrong item.  Videos are not returnable with the exception of manufacturer's defect.

There is no warranty for shoes, cleats or spikes.  If you need to exchange unused shoes for a different size please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the shoes back in the original box - shoes MUST be returned in the original package

  2. Write at the bottom of the original receipt the size you want in exchange

  3. Send the shoes back to the address at the top of the receipt.

  4. We will ship your new shoes as soon as we receive the original pair and charge your credit card for shipping
