time departure cleaning fee on stays less than 6 nights.
That cleaning fee is
$150 for this property. |
| Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee.
No Pets. No smoking.
DURING LOW, MID & HIGH SEASON:
- 4 Night Minimum
- 7 Night Minimum on all properties during Thanksgiving (11/19 – 11/25)
- Discounts & Specials may be redeemed on stays of 7 nights or more.
DURING HOLIDAY SEASON:
- 7 Night Minimum on all Properties
- During the Christmas Holiday Season check in days must be before December 24th or after 25th of December.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- $200 non-refundable reservation Deposit required. This is applied to the total amount due. The full amount is due 30 days in advance and is non-refundable at that point.
- All rates are plus 13% tax.
- Travel Insurance is available at 6.5% of your total and offered through Travel Guard Protection Plus. Travel Insurance must be purchased prior to your 30 day final payment.
- There is a one time cleaning fee for stays less than 6 nights.
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, personal & certified checks as well as money orders.
- There will be a $75 Property Protection & Processing Fee. The Property Protection Fee ($50) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,500 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The Processing Fee ($25) covers our administrative costs. If you make a change to your reservation there will be an additional processing fee ($20).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The $200 Deposit is Non-Refundable.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies.
POOL/JACUZZI TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Prior to arrival, we recommend ordering Pool/Jacuzzi Heat. Please call us toll free at 1-888-249-1779 or 407-997-0733 to make arrangements.
- Pool/Jacuzzi heat is not available for request on Sundays.
- Electric or Natural Gas pool/Jacuzzi heat charges are as follows:
$150.00 per week or $35.00 per day for Pool Homes
(There is a three day minimum requirement.)
- Charges commence the date turned on until date of departure unless different dates have been pre-arranged. Most pools take up to 24 hours to heat from the time turned on.
- Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. ALL STAR Vacation Homes, its Vendors, and the Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/Jacuzzi is not working properly. Any days that the heater is verified inoperative will be credited. No additional compensation will be given to the guest. ALL STAR Vacation Homes will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.
CAR RENTAL SPECIAL TERMS:
Low, Mid & High Season Special:
Receive a free rental car with any 7 night reservation. The rental car is the economy size car that can be upgraded to which ever size you need. The special pays for the rental only. Taxes and any insurance needed will be paid at the rental car counter. The rental will be through Enterprise Rental Car. The rental location is just off the airport with a free shuttle that picks you up just outside baggage claim. You will receive the rental voucher once the reservation is paid in full.
If you do not need the free rental car we can discount your reservation by $150 instead.
