Content Developer/CineVegas
To develop and maintain all website creative for the CineVegas website (and any related websites managed by the festival), including graphics, text updates, PDFs, etc. To develop online assets for other sites to market the festival. To develop and maintain any print creative required for the festival, including advertising, brochures, media kits, merchandise, etc. The developer will also assist with general Greenspun Media Group or VEGAS.com creative needs as time permits. The developer will report to Robin Greenspun, but will work closely with the CineVegas staff and VEGAS.com's Creative Director for daily oversight.
Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic arts or equivalent experience. Two-plus years working in design field, minimum of one year experience working in Web design. Experience using the Macintosh platform and all current and common design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, ImageReady, Dreamweaver. Working knowledge of Flash and Quark XPress or InDesign. Strong knowledge of the English language, including spelling, punctuation and grammar. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline environment.

Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsible for reviewing and auditing software products and activities to verify that they comply with the applicable procedures and standards, and providing the software project and other appropriate managers with the results of reviews and audits. Will perform black box testing, client UI testing, carry out design, create and implement tests and testing strategies, stress and load tests for aplications and server environments, may track quality assurance metrics, test automation, white-box and API level testing.
BS in computer science required
1 - 3 years IT experience required
Miminum 2 or more years with internet technologies, web, e-commerce, e-business sites and applications.
Familiarity with HTML and XML, server side technologies CGI, servlets, ASP, JSP, SSI, Javascript/VB Script, MS Office, Visio, and Integrated Development Environment.

Software Developer - Java
Define, design and implement multi-tier distributed web-based applications. Work with other engineers, managers, product management, QA and operations team to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, system architecture, and adherence to development goals and principles. Must be able to independently design, code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes. Interact with partners and internal users regarding timelines, technical issues and infrastructure integration.
BS/BA in CS or related field
2 + years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications in NT and UNIX environments.
Experience required in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE, including Servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC.
Extensive experience with XML/XSL/XPath and related technoligies is required.
Project experience with J2EE application servers required.
Working knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL), HTTP/HTML and basic NT/UNIX system administration.

Call Center Supervisor
The Call Center Supervisor for inbound call center is responsible for travel specialists and customer service representatives who receive telephone calls from customers or potential customers. The supervisor scope of responsibility is limited to the daily activity of the call center and agent performance. The supervisor is considered a working supervisor and ensures the quotas for service level and sales goals are met through monitoring, coaching, and mentoring sales agents. Previous call center supervisor experience, preferably in a travel setting is preferred.

Product Manager
Two openings
Responsible for determining and planning the overall features and functional specifications of web based products. Interview and gather requirements from users and other stakeholders throughout the company. Establish processes for management of product roadmaps and the development of product requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and technology direction into product requirements. Work closely with designers to deliver a high level of usability, work with developers, system engineers, and QA engineers throughout the product development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure product integrity. Conduct focus group sessions and brainstorm meetings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE

- Make architectural and design decisions to meet business requirements in building and extending travel and leisure web applications
- Work as the technical-lead among a team of software engineers to ensure architectural consistency and best software engineering practices
- Advise management and business organizations on issues ranging from technical strategies to third party technology integration, and provide the architectural road maps to support the company business vision
- Work with other engineers, managers, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, system architecture, and adherence to development goals and principles.
- Must be able to independently design code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
