Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page. Here you will find more information about the item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from DVDsPlusMore, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, use the top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the View Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the Delete check box, then click on the Recalculate button. The item will be removed from your current Shopping. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Sign In

Enter your email address (Keep in mind that the email address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.). If you are the first time shopping with us, please click on “Is this your first time shopping with us?” and continue to fill out the required personal . Or if you are a returning customer, click on “Or, if you are a returning customer, please sign in.” and fill in the password field. You will be asked to provide a password for your account later in the process.

Enter a shipping address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order.

Select a shipping method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We will estimate shipment and delivery dates for you on the order form, and in the order confirmation e-mail that you will receive after placing your order.

Provide a method of payment

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and submit your order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

Return Policy

Returns are easy! Your satisfaction is important to us. Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items:

  • Product is the wrong item
  • Product was damaged/defective when it arrived

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns for items purchased from DVDsPlusMore. We cannot exchange items.

At DVDsPlusMore, we try to make every transaction with us as satisfying as possible.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

DVDsPlusMore can replace items only if they are defective or damaged and after the original item is returned.

Packing and Sending Your Return

Just a few easy steps:

  1. Please email our customer service at customerservice@dvsplusmore.com, our customer service representative will send you a return address.
  2. On your packing slip, handwrite your reason for return using one of the following (if you have a printer, please print this page and circle the reason for return):
    • Product is the wrong item
    • Product was damaged/defective when it arrived
    • I just don't want it anymore
  3. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box in which the items arrived or another box, if you prefer.
  4. Please send out return via insured mail to our return address and a replacement or refund will send to you.
  5. If you need a replacement or if an item was missing, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist.

Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

Refused or Undeliverable Merchandise

Upon delivery attempt, if your order is refused or found to be undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will not reimburse you for shipping and handling but will credit you for the item amount plus applicable sales tax.

Why can’t I log in my account or place an order?

In most cases, this problem is cookies-related. Please ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser. We require the Secure Sockets Layer ( SSL ) protocol, and Cookies to be enabled on your browser in order to take advantage of many special features, such as login, registration and ordering. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. Here are some simple instructions to enable SSL and Cookie:
If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can check and change the status of your SSL setting by clicking on Tools at the top of the browser, select Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab, scroll down to Security and make sure SSL is checked. You can check and change the cookies setting by clicking on Tools at the top of the browser, select Internet Options, click on the Security tab and then Custom Level, scroll down to Cookies and make sure it is enabled.

Can I use more than one coupons for one order?

Why haven’t I received your Customer Service’s email response?

If you have contacted us in the past but have not received a reply, your ISP or email client may be blocking email messages.
