As of March 18, 2003, we are no longer answering credit questions for free. We loved answering your questions. However, our mailboxes are jammed with mail, most of them (over 90%) asking about information well documented on our site, or situations which would take our (voluntary) staff too much time to research, and we just can't get to all of you fast enough.
We have decided to charge $10.00 to answer each question. We guarantee we will get back to you within 72 hours. If we can't answer your question, we will refund your money.

Fill out the form. You will be given a box at the end of the transaction in which to write your question. If you are not a member of PayPal, PayPal accepts credit cards.
