Although Network Marketing (also known as mlm or multi-level marketing) has sometimes been given a bad rep, there are some good programs out there that may be the perfect fit for you. Network Marketing Programs pay a recurring commission based on the number of members in your downline or matrix. These people in your downline pay a recurring amount of money to the network marketing or multi-level marketing company. You then in turn earn a percentage of that fee (otherwise known as commission).
You can also make money on personal sales (provided that the prices of these products are at fair market value or else your potential customers will naturally want to buy from somewhere else). Some people like this type of business as they only have to make one sale (recruit the customer once) and then they earn a percentage from all sales on that particular customer, and all the other customers that they may "recruit" for that matter.
However, you would have to enlist with a network or multi-level marketing company that has a high re-order rate among its customers, or else it is simply a waste of time for you as there is a greater chance that your new "recruit" may stop ordering the company's products. The beauty of these types of businesses is that you do it once and get paid as long as the person you enrolled stays a member.
