This trip began when we met Lawrence, Otto, Bill, and Gary at the Hotel in Anderson.  We were soon on our way to the river for our 2-day adventure.  When we arrived, we slipped the Vicki Ann into the river, and headed to the first hole.  When all the lures were in the water, it wasn't 5 minutes before we had the first fish on, but it soon departed.  As we worked through 3 or 4 more holes, we decided to move back up river to another hole, and anchor up.  With all the lures back in, it was only a short while until the the cry of "Fish On" was heard!  Otto's rod had touched the water, and he was now fighting with the first fish of the day.  After seeing the fish for the first time, we threw the buoy over, and the chase was on!  After about 30 minutes, Otto boated a nice bright 50.6 pound Sacramento River King!  Going back to our hot spot, it wasn't too long before Lawrence's rod took a dive, and he was now battling another bright Sac River salmon.  With the battle won, Lawrence boated a beautiful 41.4 pound salmon!  Now with 2 Big salmon in the Jacuzzi, it was now Bill's turn.  As time passed, Bill hooked the last fish of the day, and he soon boated a Sac River King, of appox. 15 pounds!  As Gary didn't boat a fish today, he is anticipating a Big catch for tomorrow.  This was an Awesome day, and everyone is looking forward to the second day of this adventure!

This trip began when we met Bruce, Markus, Mike, and Jesse at the Hotel in Anderson, and we were soon off to the river.  We launched the Vicki Ann, and headed up river to the first hole.  We worked all our best holes, but nothing was hitting, so we tried a few different lures.  Even though, it was quite a while before we began to get some hits.  As later afternoon came around, Jesse hooked a nice 25 pound Sac River King.  With a couple of more hits, with fish on and off, our day was now ending.  This was a geat trip, with lots of fun and laughter, and I hope to see all these guys back next year!

This trip began when we met Lee, David, Teri, and Rob at the Hotel in Anderson.  We soon headed off to the river.  We launched the Vicki Ann, and headed to the first hole.  All through the day, we fished hard, and had several hits, with fish on, and fish off, but the fish won this day, and the Vicki Ann went home with an empty Jacuzzi.  This does not happen often, but even though it did today, this great group of guys stayed in high spirits throughout the day.  I hope to see them all back again next year, for some really "Good Catching" on the beautiful Sacramento River.

The second day of fishing with Jared, Natalia, Spence, and JoAnn was now beginning.  We were soon launching the Vicki Ann, and heading up river to the first hole.  As we made our first pass, with no hits, we moved down river to the next hole.  Minutes later, JoAnn hooked the first fish of the day.  A nice little 11 pound King found it's way to the Jacuzzi, in the Vicki Ann.  We fished hard the rest of the day, in search of another fish, but to no avail.  This was a great 2-day trip, with good people, and lots of laughter.  I can't wait to have them back fishing with me again next year!

This trip began when we met Jared, Natalia, Spence, and JoAnne at the Hotel in Anderson.  Soon we were off to the river.  As we slipped the Vicki Ann off the bunks into the cold brisk water, we headed up river to the first hole.  As the day wore on, we had a few hits, but no takers.  As afternoon approached, Jared hooked the first, and only fish of the day.  A bright little 11 pound King found it's way to the Vicki Ann.  Now, as our day was ending, we were all looking forward to our second day of fishing on the Sac River.

This day began when we met Gary, Celeste, Brook, and Jill for their second day of fishing.  They were all ready for another fun day on the water!  We soon launched the Vicki Ann, and headed up river to the first hole.  As the lures went in, it wasn't too long before Celeste yelled out "Fish On!" Soon the battle was over, and a nice 10 pound salmon made it's way to the waiting Jacuzzi.  As the fish were not too cooperative, it was a slow day.  As we made our way back down river, with little hope of finding another fish,  Brook suddenly screamed out "Fish On!"  A bright 12 pound King came to the Vicki Ann.  Now, our day was ending, and everyone had a great time on this 2-day fishing adventure!  I hope to see this family back again soon!

This trip began when we met Gary, Celeste, Brook, and Jill at the Hotel in Anderson.  We headed to the river on a brisk and foggy morning, and when we arrived, we took some time to get acquainted before boarding the boat.  In a short while, we launched the Vicki Ann, and headed up river.  On the first pass, Celeste yelled out, "Fish On!" and soon boated a 15 pound Sac River King.  Throughout the day, we had lots of hits, but no takers.  As the day slowly came to an end, Jill hooked a nice little 5 pound salmon.  We all had a great time, with lots of fun and laughter, with everyone looking forward to the second day of this 2-day adventure!

This trip began when I met Manny, Jay, Eli, and Nasel, at the Hotel in Anderson, and we soon made our way to the river.  We launched the Vicki Ann, and headed up river to the first hole.  After a couple of hours, the cry of "Fish on" was heard!  Nasel hooked the first fish of the day, which was soon brought to the boat.  A little later in the day, we had a few more hits and misses, and managed to catch 2 more Sacramento River Kings.  The largest fish weighed in at 17 pounds, and smallest was approx. 6 pounds.  Although we were not able to salvage the photo for this trip, it was a fun trip for all.  Everyone had a great time fishing!  I hope to see all these guys back again next year!

This trip began when I met Kyle and Ryan at the Hotel in Anderson, and we were soon off to the river.  Upon arrival we launched, and headed up river.  The first fish came easy, and then it slowed down.  It wasn't until mid-afternoon that the second fish made it's way into the boat.  By the third fish, I almost decided to leave the hole, when I saw fish moving through the ripple, so I decided to work this moving pod.  A couple of hits, and then it was "Fish On"!  Then, the last fish made it to the boat.  Kyle and Ryan both limited, and the biggest fish weighed in at 18 pounds, and the smallest weighed in at approx. 12 pounds.  This was a great trip, and everyone had lots of fun fishing the Sac River.  I hope to see these two back next year!
