SEVEN DAY TRIPS THIS IS OUR RECOMMENDED TRIP 2005 rates are $6,700.00 per person per week, Friday through Friday. $2,500.00 deposit per person to reserve your date.
RESERVATIONS To make a reservation please contact us by telephone at 800/451-6198 or by e-mail. Just click the e-mail link on this page. Reservation requests will be held for 14 days pending payment of a $2,500.00 deposit, per each person. The balance of payment in full will be due 90 days prior to the commencement of the trip date. We’ll be happy to assist you in choosing your perfect date.
GRATUITIES Our employees pride themselves on making your adventure as exciting and enjoyable as possible. They work hard and strive to provide a service beyond a basic fishing trip. You are never left with a feeling that exceptional service is contingent upon the amount of tip you might leave. All gratuities are pooled and are split equally among the staff unless you stipulate otherwise. Gratuities must be earned by our team. A suggested guideline amount is based on the package lodge fee.

WHAT IS INCLUDED Fees include; all meals and lodging, guided daily fly-out fishing adventures (weather permitting), premium quality rods, reels, tackle, flies and related fishing equipment, all liquor, beer, wine, and soft drinks; transportation to and from the lodge from the town of King Salmon, Alaska. All fish preparation, freezing, and vacuum packing. For those who wish to bring their own tackle, we will gladly send you a detailed list of what you’ll need.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED The fee does not include personal clothing, staff gratuities, fishing license ($30.00), King Salmon Stamp ($30.00), or airfare from your hometown to King Salmon, Alaska. Our trip starts and ends at King Salmon, Alaska.
DISCLOSURE Ron Hayes or Alaska Rainbow Lodge will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury to participants, personal property, or for any cancellations, expenses or delays incurred as a result of weather, transportation or other conditions over which we have no control. Management reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel any excursions offered at any time and make changes in itineraries as may be necessary for safety and proper handling of said excursions. All guests have a responsibility to disclose to management any special medical, physical or dietary conditions. We make no compromise to assure a safe trip; however, outdoor activities of this nature are not entirely "risk free". We recommend that you secure travel and trip cancellation insurance. Check with your insurance broker for options on this type insurance. All rates are subject to change without notice but will not change once booking is confirmed.
POLICY Deposits are accepted under the following conditions: in the event of cancellation more than 180 days prior to the starting date, the full amount will be refunded; cancellations less than 180 days but more than 90 days, no refund will be made; cancellation less than 90 days, the full amount of the trip will become due and payable unless a replacement can be found. Deposit of $2500.00 is required for final confirmation. Because bookings are made so far in advance there will be no reduction in rate for guests who voluntarily eliminate any of the services included in the standard rate, or who depart the lodge prior to the end of their scheduled stay. Unless you book the entire lodge for the requested date, you will be willing to share accommodations that are considered reasonable.
