Opened in 1986, the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins has grown to be one of the largest law offices in the city with more than 130 lawyers representing a broad spectrum of national and multinational clients in both business transactions and litigation matters. In particular, our Corporate Finance and Securities Practice is one of the largest and most prominent in Dallas, and our national litigation group includes some of the best known and highly regarded trial lawyers in the region as well as across the country. Our Dallas business transaction group is well recognized for its lending work and represents many of the larger commercial real estate developers and owners in the region, and our public finance group has played a major role in the financing of many of the larger public projects in the Dallas area. In addition, V&E;’s Insolvency and Reorganization Practice in Dallas maintains a significant national presence, with experienced practitioners adept at all phases of the insolvency and restructuring process.

Located across the street is the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center. One block away is the Meyerson Symphony Center.
