Floating Market at
Damnernsaduak
This is the the authentic floating market, situated
about 100 km from Bangkok in Ratchburi Province. Boat rowers are mostly women,
either young or old. As in the past, they row the small boats to sell foods, tropical
fruits, agricultural products or other merchandises. Nowaday, floating markets are
rarely found and close to extinction!
