I Was Sent a Credit Card in the Mail, Should I Accept It?
Before you accept this credit card, you must first determine if you can take on the additional financial responsibility of a credit card. Adding another credit card to your collection can push you past your financial limits and lead to increased debt, and a decreasing credit score if you over-spend. If you do not currently have a credit card, perhaps it would be a good idea to accept this one, as having a credit card can be useful and rewarding, if they are utilized properly.
Here's some things to consider: Determine how much this credit card will cost you per month. Are there monthly fees associated with it? How much do you think you will spend with it on a monthly basis? If you cannot afford the minimum monthly payment, plus any other fees, then you should not accept a new credit card.
I Have Bad Credit, Can Accepting This Credit Card Help?
Accepting the credit card can only help if you let it help. You may have bad credit from past mistakes, but that doesn't mean you can't increase your credit score and get back on track. Are your finances stable, can you afford the additional payment using this credit card will bring? If so, then by all means accept it. This is the perfect opportunity for you to put some good marks on your credit report.

Well, that can depend on a number of factors. Do you think you can find a better credit card? If so, then you should not accept this credit card. The idea, when finding a credit card, is to pick which one will benefit you the most, while at the same time trying to find credit cards that will accept your application. This way both you and your credit card company walk away satisfied.
If there is an annual fee, if the interest rate is too high, if there is not a reward program, or if the card is secured when you want unsecured, you should find a different credit card. You are going to be paying for the card. You are going to be using the card. You are going to reap the benefits of the card. So you should pick the card that you want the most, it is as simple as that.
