The Administrative Office of the Clerk includes the Clerk and his staff as well as the Internal Auditing Division and the Human Resources Division.

The Clerk Information Systems (CIS) group is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and development of technology related projects for the Clerk's Office.

The Courts department is comprised of several divisions: Circuit Civil, Family Law, Felony, Juvenile, Probate/Appeals, Small Claims, Traffic, Misdemeanor, and Court Services.

Constitutional functions of the Clerk which are performed in the Finance Department include clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, County Finance Officer and Custodian of all county funds.
