Our customer service department is here to assist you 24 hours a day. Our friendly representatives are here to help you in your personal gift selection or employee recognition program needs. Companies who are considering employee recognition should read our resource section on motivating and rewarding employees to improve morale, retention, and performance. We offer assistance through a LIVE HELP feature were operators are available Monday through Friday during normal 9 AM – 5 PM EST operating hours. Our customer service reps can also assist you when you call the department. If they believe they cannot answer your question, they will forward your information to a Special Services Dept who will contact you during Monday through Friday operating hours. You can also email us for additional information on an item.

1. Give refunds on orders when the returns policy has not been followed
