Q: What is the "order status?"
A: Most of the time, your order status will be either "warehouse" or "shipped." "WAREHOUSE" orders have either just been received, are awaiting personalization or shipment, or have recently shipped within the last 24 hours. "SHIPPED" orders marked "shipped" have already left our warehouse and are in transit to your location. A tracking number should also be availble when checking your order status from this page if your order is marked "shipped."
What is my order number?
Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirmation which is sent to the email address you entered upon ordering. If you did not enter a valid email address during the order process, you will not be able to track your order and we will not be able to provide you with tracking information, as all tracking is sent to the email address associated with the order.
Your order number is a five digit number most likely starting with a "2" or "3." You most also enter the zip code that corresponds with your billing information to receive tracking information.
Q: What if my order status says "warehouse" but I feel the order should have already shipped? - There may be some delay between the order leaving our warehouse and the tracking # updating in our system. It's possible your order has already shipped, but we suggest checking your order status in 24 - 48 hours. Q: What if I really need to know when my order is shipping? All of our orders take two to three business days to process. Customer service representatives will inform you of this if you call within two to three business days. During the holiday shopping season (November 15th - December 24th), it may take a few additional days to process orders, especially any
