RETURN/CREDIT POLICY
Gourmet Food Store takes every step possible to ensure that
you enjoy your purchase. In the unlikely event that the product
you purchased does not completely meet your expectations, or
a product arrives damaged or in poor conditions, please call
us the same day you received the shipment. We will offer you
a return code, and you will have 5 days to return the product
in its original condition directly to our store for a full refund.
Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return
cost was incurred as as a result of an error on our part. To
return any product, please call (877) 591-8008 between the hours
of 9:30am and 6:30 pm EST , and request a "Return Merchandise
Authorization Number". Please save all boxes and packing
materials and store the product in your refrigerator or freezer
as appropriate, pending resolution. Please do not return the
merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department. |
