Can I use a newsreader (e.g. Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger) to access Google Groups?

Sorry, you can't use a regular newsreader to access our service. You can, however, access Google Groups from most web browsers.

You can also subscribe to a Usenet newsgroup. Simply join the newsgroup and select how you'd like to be emailed when new content is posted to the group. You can receive a daily summary of posts or a daily digest with the full text of the posts.

If this does not answer your question, please search or browse Google Groups Beta Support for more assistance. If you are unable to find your answer, please contact us.

Search Google Groups Beta Support

Find answers by entering keywords related to your question (e.g. "remove post" or "find newsgroups").
