Master of Arts in Intercultural Service, Leadership and ManagementSIT offers a unique self-designed degree for those students who wish to develop a specific set of skills and enhance current competencies and prior educational and professional experience. The Master of Arts in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management allows students to benefit from an SIT education while choosing electives that meet their particular career development needs. Students work closely with faculty advisors to select courses from two or more of the other degree programs offered through SIT's Program in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management. In some cases, students select a broad range of courses in order to explore several different fields or to build skills in a variety of professional disciplines. In other cases, students select a program of study that focuses on a specific set of competencies they need for professional advancement and targeted training in their chosen career.
