Fair Trade
Did you know? SIT was one of the first campuses in the United States to offer 100 percent fair-trade coffee in its food service program. The conversion to fair-trade coffee was organized by a coalition of SIT students with the cooperation of faculty and staff. Fair-trade coffee benefits coffee farmers in 20 countries in the Americas, Africa, and Asia.

Master of Science in Organizational Management

SIT's Master of Science in Organizational Management gives practitioners theoretical and practical competencies, as well as a thorough understanding of cultural, organizational, and economic contexts in management. Students develop the skills sought after by nonprofit, civil society/NGO, and forprofit organizations, including expertise in human and financial resources management, strategic management, information technology, fundraising, marketing, and social entrepreneurship.

Graduates are comprehensively trained to help domestic, international, and global organizations establish vision, implement best practices, develop and apply humanistic and sustainable values, and acquire the human knowledge and capital resources necessary to achieve organizational goals.
