Please be sure to check our availability calendar to determine if the time period you desire is available.

Rates - 2004

1 to 4 Guests - $1900/week - (Maximum 8 guests, add $200 per guest per week over 4 guests)

Terms

- No Hotel Tax charged

- 3 NIGHT MINIMUM $350/night

- Check in time is 3 PM day of arrival, Check out time is 10 AM day of departure

- Reservations are held with a 50% deposit

- A refund less 10% administration fee will only be made if we are able to re-rent your space during the same period

- Charges for additional days over the one-week rental rate, are charged out at the weekly rate divided by 7

- We accept cash, traveler's checks or personal checks

- Sorry, we don't accept credit cards

- Deposit checks can made out to David Allison and mailed to our address at the bottom of this webpage
