  • NATURAL HOG CASINGS-$3.95-
    Use for brats, fresh meat sausage, hot or sweet Italian sausage. This 8 oz. package will stuff 25 to 30 pounds of sausage at 1-1/4 to 1-1/2" diameter. Package is reseal able and un used casings can be stored in the freezer.
    NATURAL SHEEP CASINGS-$5.95-
    Used for stuffing traditional 3/4" diameter breakfast sausage, hot dogs and snack sticks. 5 oz. per package for 15 pounds
    LARGE CALLAGEN CASINGS $5.95-
    Uniform, edible, 1-1/8" diameter for easier stuffing. Used for dried or smoked sausages like pepperoni. Stronger than fresh casings so they can be hung while smoking or drying and they will not break. Package will stuff 9 pounds.
    SMALL COLLAGEN CASINGS $5.95-
    Uniform, edible, 3/4" diameter for easier stuffing. Used for dried or smoked snack sausages and our Skinny Jimmys. Stronger than fresh casings so they can be hung while smoking or drying and they will not break. Package will stuff 8 pounds.
     
    FIBROUS MAHOGANY CASINGS $10.95-
    Non-edible 3" diameter use to stuff summer sausage, sandwich meats and large pepperoni. Can also be used for large dried sausage. Package contains 10 casings that will hold 3 pounds each.
