As part of
its efforts to promote international education policy, the Bureau
of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. State Department
commissioned a study of the international education activities
of other countries. This document, including demographic projections,
enrollment trends, best practices, competitive advantage, U.S.
interests in international education exchange, conclusions and
recommendations, synthesizes the findings of the accompanying
country-by-country reports.
