ABOUT

During 2004, water was released from Lake Dillon to flow down to Denver via the Blue River North of Silverthorne. Many raft companies and kayakers came out for the water flow. The Upper Blue River is rated a class 3 level during water levels of 400-700cfs. On large water years the Blue River will flow during spring run-off but this year it only ran for 3 days.
