Return Policy & Procedure :

with your name, your order number, and the problems.
We will respond within 48 hrs to inform you about the return procedure and where to return the package.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!
Due to nature of the products we sell, we can not accept opened packages.
Any defective product will be replaced by a new and identical product, free of charge.
The defective products must be returned within 15 days
after receiving the products to get the exchange.
10 % restocking fee will be imposed on the undeliverable or refused shipment.
If you decide you do not want the product, the package should be rejected & not opened to receive the credit.
