The use of this B2C website to process hotel reservationsin conditional upon your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions herein.
1. Payment in advance
Our special rates require that payment be made in full at time of booking.
2. Cancellation / Change Policy
Cancellations and changes to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions:
- All cancellations and changes made to your reservation up to 6pm on date of arrival will incur a charge of $10. All cancellations and changes made to your reservation after 6pm on the arrival date of your reservation mean that your payment will not be refunded.
3. No Show
If you do not arrive at the accommodation
on the date on which you booked to arrive or leave the
accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked
to leave, you are liable to pay the full price of the
reservation. Cancellations/changes must be made through
the website - if notified directly to the hotel, they
are not valid and full payment is applied.
4. Hotel Complaints
Any complaint should be brought to the
attention of the hotel management as early as possible
during your stay. If not resolved to your satisfaction,
you must notify B2C in writing within 30 days on completion
of your trip.
5. Refunds
All requests for a refund must be received
in writing with supporting documentation within 30 days
of completion of your trip.
6. Hotel Star Ratings
Star ratings are used to symbolize the
overall quality, service and amenities available in
a hotel. There is different criteria set within each
country, B2C strive to provide accurate and realistic
information on all properties. All CnG properties have
en-suite facilities unless otherwise stated.
Outlined below is a general guideline
for European hotels:
i) * - 1 Star: Basic
accommodation with a limited range of facilities and
services; many rooms will not have en-suite facilities.
Usually very small independently owned properties.
ii) ** - 2 Star: Most rooms will have
en-suite facilities and offer a wider range of services
including food and drink.
iii) *** - 3 Star: Higher standard
of services and facilities including larger public areas
and bedrooms, a receptionist, room service, laundry.
Well-equipped bedrooms, all with en-suite/private bathroom
and a color TV - room service may be available.
iv) **** - 4 Star: Accommodation offering
superior comfort and quality; all bedrooms with en-suite
bath, fitted overhead shower and WC. Spacious and well
appointed public areas. More emphasis on food and drink.
Room service of all meals and 24 hour drinks, refreshments
and snacks usually available together with a dry cleaning
service.
v) ***** - 5 Star: A spacious, luxurious
establishment offering you the highest international
quality of accommodation, facilities, services and cuisine.
There will be a range of extra facilities.
7. Hotel Room Types
As B2C Frankfurt Hotels offers a global
service, we provide a general description of room types
is as follows:
Single Room: Contains one single bed;
suitable for one person.
Double Room: Contains one double bed; suitable for up
to two people
Twin Room: Contains two single beds; suitable for up
to two people
Triple Room: Contains either twin or double with an
extra single bed which may be a rollaway; suitable for
up to 3 people.
8. Accuracy
B2C Frankfurt Hotels endeavors to ensure
all information on properties is accurate and up to
date. In the event of errors or omissions, B2C Worldwide
Hotels welcome your feedback and do not accept responsibility for any such misrepresentation.
Customer Use
B2C
Frankfurt Hotels.com grants to you a limited,
non-transferable license to use this site in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions. You may use this site
only to make legitimate reservations or purchases and
not for any other purpose.
With
the exception of information that is downloaded,
displayed or printed for personal, non-commercial use,
this site and all contents herein may not be copied,
reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted
or otherwise distributed with the express written
permission of B2C Frankfurt Hotels.
You
agree not to interfere with the proper commercial
