World Learning for Business assesses needs of the targeted site by:

• Measuring language proficiency
• Identifying specific business competencies
• Obtaining management guidance and endorsement of action plan

We assess English or foreign language proficiency levels and performance objectives related to communication on the job. This assessment provides a map for the development of the critical language and intercultural skills participants need to be successful and move up in the organization.

World Learning for Business assesses needs and goals by:

• Conducting an oral interview with taped speech sample (telephone or face-to-face)
• Collecting authentic samples of employee written communications
• Consulting with employee managers
• Administering norm-referenced standardized tests as needed
• Providing a written report with recommendations
