You know when its time to start a home based business when...You get up at around six o clock,all bleary eyed. You manage to make your way to the bathroom,you shower, do all the things you usually do, dress and if you have time eat some sort of breakfast. That's if you have no dependant children,or no children at all. If you have children then the morning routine is more chaotic and stressful.

A home based business does not necessarily have to be expensive to run. As a whole, a home based business is generally inexpensive to set, because the overheads are near non-existent. Usage of electricity, water and gas etc..can be worked into the households usual utility expenses.Another way of accessing wether or not a home based business is a good idea,is to list all the other expenses that is needed to pay out in order that you get to work, for example child care, play group or nanny fees.

The odd babysitter or two. Travel expenses ie..Bus, train or taxi. If you drive yourself then the car as numerous expenses of it's own. You need to find money for gas,insurance, road tax etc...

You would also need to spend an extra amount of money on your clothing bills, making sure you were presentable for work.Remember when you work from home, who is going to know that you are doing your accounts or book keeping in your night wear?

Yes, the responsibility of having and running a business may be a headache for some, but the stress levels of owning and running a business to your own specifications,needs and wants is greatly reduced.
