This is the original farmhouse, a beaufiful country house restored to a very high standard, with original features beams and granite fireplace but with modern kitchen facilities. The house is spacious and light and beautifully decorated. Looking out to the front gardens with parking for 3-5 cars and to the back gardens is the kitchen terrace and swimming pool (fenced) and can easily be seen from the kitchen. The house looks out to the back to pretty gardens and orchard and further on to peaceful Normandy countryside where the ponies quietly graze.
Sympathetically restored with beautiful stone, granite fireplace and oak beams in both of the downstairs lounges. The 6mx6m Salle a manger has a pretty Godin wood burning stove set in a beautiful granite fireplace. 3 p. leather suite, table and chairs. TV with BBC channels, video and DVD/CD player, staircase to bedrooms. Second room, Salon 6mx5m with big open granite fireplace, stone staircase leading to the small first floor salon and bedrooms.

Always very popular this country cottage situated in the heart of the rural farming Normandy countryside in the bay of Mont St. Michel. Just one minute walk into the lovely village of St. Laurent de Terregatte.
A very pretty cottage with a beautiful garden and South facing terrace in front of the pool. This gite has a small but modern fully equipped fitted kitchen with granite work tops and table to seat 6. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated in Laura Ashley style.
Walk to the village in 2 minutes with views of Mont St. Michel along the quiet country road where the gite is situated. Shop, and local bar restaurant at the heart of the village square where you'll find the church. The local area has much to offer, including markets, fishing at nearby 'Le Roche qui Boit' reservoir lakes and at Ducey on the Selune, water sports, leisure park and zoo.

This country farm house is situated in pretty, quiet dairy farmland overlooking the Selune valley with a stream running at the bottom of the grounds. Fishing - trout and other possible.
The swimming pool is solar/fuel heated to 28-32 degrees and opens onto the south facing terrace from french doors. The pool gives the impression of being partly indoors and partly outdoors with the glass fronted and ceiling area.
