The K&N; Filters GoodGuys Southeastern Nationals Oct. 29-31 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway will feature more than 3,000 pre-1972 hot rods, street rods, customs, classics, muscle cars and trucks. Radical vehicles from more than three dozen states will be on display.
The event—the fastest growing show on the Goodguys calendar—also includes a manufacturer’s midway, swap meet, car corral area with vehicles for sale, model car and pedal car show and a chance to ride around the famous 1.5-mile Lowe's Motor Speedway oval at 130-plus miles per hour in the passenger seat of a NASCAR NEXTEL Cup race car.
Saturday night will see the return of the popular “Cruise Under the Lights,” wherein hundreds of hot rods and customs take to the 1.5-mile superspeedway for several laps.
The K&N; Filters Goodguys Southeastern Nationals runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
