Clarification on stories in Thursday's newspaper
Zoning at Seamountain Resort could allow for as many as 2,800 hotel rooms and homes. However, there is no Special Management Area permit that would entitle a purchaser to that density. A story in Thursday's edition of West Hawaii Today said the owner was entitled to that density.
