This stunning executive 4 bed 2 bath home is situated in Highlands Reserve on the Highway 27. This home is very well appointed, spacious and fully air conditioned. The property comprises of an open plan lounge/dining room, luxuriously furnished with sofas, side tables, TV, VCR, stereo. This home offers a family room with more seating. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and offers a king size bed, TV and bedroom furniture. The en-suite bathroom off from the master bedroom has a bath, shower and 2 vanity basins. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and TV. Bedrooms #3 & #4 have 2 twin beds in each. A family bathroom serves these guests.
The open plan modern kitchen area has all modern appliances - cooker, refrigerator with drinks dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal etc. A washer and dryer together with ironing facilities are also provided. All cutlery & crockery are provided as are towels and linens.
The sparkling pool and spa has the added benefit of a South facing deck and is furnished with quality loungers and patio furniture, making it the perfect place to relax in the Florida sunshine.

- There is a 4 night minimum during the low & high season and a 7 night minimum during holidays.

- Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM.
- *Bookings less than two months from departure are payable in full.
