The Art'otel Berlin-Mitte opened in January 1997, and features 95 rooms, four junior suites and 10 apartments. It is situated in the historic centre of Berlin. Synonymous with a gallery, the entire Art'otel is dedicated to Georg Baselitz, one of the most famous contemporary German artists. The architecture and the interior design was created by the Austrian architect Johanne Nalbach.
Two different restaurants in the famous historic 'Ermelerhaus,' offer the choice between rustic cuisine at the 'Raabe Diele,' and creative cuisine at the 'Roccoco Rooms,' a nostalgic shipboard restaurant in the summertime on the River Spree.
