  • An innovative combination of short-term study on SIT's beautiful Vermont campus and part-time online learning anywhere in the world that allows participants to put new skills to immediate practice in the workplace under the guidance of our faculty
  • A culturally diverse learning community of international professionals from both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors

Enhancing Essential Competencies

SIT's Organizational Management Summer Institute builds effective leaders with the capacity to manage organizations responsibly-economically, socially, and environmentally. With a curriculum geared toward international professionals from both nonprofit organizations and for-profit socially responsible corporations, SIT offers courses rarely found at most graduate schools of business and management.

Sharing Knowledge, Creating Alliances

SIT's skills-based training draws professionals from a broad geographic and cultural base and a wide range of organizations and corporations-creating a diverse learning environment that fosters alliance building and collaboration across sectors.
