(GP), is a collaboration of BRAC in Bangladesh and the School for International
Training (SIT) in the United States. GP offers a Postgraduate Diploma
in NGO Leadership and Management and a corresponding master's degree
that provide rigorous and relevant coursework in NGO leadership and
management.

Program with AmeriCorps*VISTA
Take advantage of SIT's unique partnership with AmeriCorps*VISTA by
applying a one- year, full-time VISTA placement toward the fulfillment
of the professional practicum requirement for an SIT master's degree
in Conflict Transformation, Sustainable Development, International Education,
Social Justice in Intercultural Relations, Organizational Management,
or the self-designed degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and
Management.
Peace Corps Master's International Program
Complete SIT's practicum requirement by serving overseas in a two-year
Peace Corps assignment. This unique partnership is available to students
earning an SIT master's degree in Teaching,
Conflict Transformation, International
Education, Social Justice in
Intercultural Relations, Sustainable
Development, Organizational Management,
or the self-designed degree in Intercultural
Service, Leadership, and Management.
SIT's Organizational Management Summer Institute
Prepares skilled professionals with the capacity to manage organizations
responsibly -- economically, socially, and environmentally. With leading
faculty and a curriculum geared toward international professionals from
both nonprofit organizations and for-profit socially responsible corporations,
SIT offers courses rarely found at most graduate schools of business
and management. Courses are offered in an innovative format, combining
a short-term SIT residence and online learning.
