Secured Credit Cards for People with Bad Credit or No Credit

If you have bad credit or no credit you can still apply for a secured credit card. Some credit card companies will not allow for you to apply for a credit card, secured or not, if you do not have good credit. If you are a person with no credit, this may also keep some credit card companies from giving you a credit card. There are thousands of credit card companies that will allow you to apply for a secured credit card. Use one of of those companies and get that credit card you have been wanting or needing.

Secured Pre Paid Credit Cards

Pre paid credit cards are secured credit cards, also. A pre paid credit card can be purchased just about any where these days. You can purchase a pre paid credit card online, too. If you purchase a pre paid credit card you will have a balance limit for only the amount that you have spent to purchase the credit card. This will keep you from going over you balance limit and having to pay overage charges. A secured pre paid credit card can be purchased as gifts, too.

If you give a prepaid credit card as a gift, the receiver can use the credit card just about any where for just about any thing. A pre paid credit card allows for the receiver to use the balance limit at several different stores instead of just one store as with a store gift card. The pre paid credit card is a secured credit card. The only difference between a regular credit card and a pre paid credit card is that the balance limit is secured and you can not go over that limit.

Secured Credit Cards for Single Parents

Single parents have trouble getting credit cards, loans and most any other help they may need. Being a single parent may mean that you have only one income and that income may be stretched as far as it can go. Thus meaning that lenders and credit card companies may not be willing to help single parents as well as married parents. There are several reasons for being a single parent. Divorce and death are a couple. With both of these situations you can incur unwanted debt.

The unwanted debt will most likely make your credit score low and not allow for lenders and credit card companies to help you. Some credit card companies do offer secured credit cards to risky people such as single parents. Being a single parent is not always rejected by all credit card companies and lenders. A single parent will have to just search around and find the company that is best for them.

Research all the credit car companies and lenders that say they are willing to help single parents. Some credit card companies will have higher charges for you to pay then others may have. Look around and find out all the information that is available before you decide which company to deal with. Single parents can be helped also.
