Former  Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs (EB) employee Carmela Conroy, currently State Department representative to the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Bamyan, Afghanistan. Her "gator" is loaded with winter clothing and blankets, donated by EB, Diplotots, and other private US donors.
