Amy East Cook, wife to Terry Cook, driver of the No. 10 Ford Power Stroke Diesel by International race truck, gave birth on Friday Dec. 3 to a healthy baby boy. Cody Robert Cook was born at 4:16 a.m. EST at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, weighing in at 6 lbs., 10 oz. East Cook currently works as a broadcaster for ESPN covering various motorsports series. She was employed as a pit reporter from 1999 thru 2002 with ESPN in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series while Cook competed as a race car driver. The two began dating after meeting at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway; Cook later proposed the following year and married Amy East on December 6, 2000.
