Under the same law, we hold all other information provided on the application as confidential including your physical and email addresses, banking information, Social Security Number, date of birth, payment status, and any answers you supplied to the questions on the application. The Permanent Fund Dividend Division is in no way associated with any commercial entities performing marketing or advertising as a result of obtaining this database.
