Children who are not yet attending school would need some sort of supervision. If there are no family members or reliable friends and neighbors that can help with the children. A business opportunity that works around or in unison with the children needs to be sort. For example setting up some sort of child care service is an excellent business idea.

These days any job or business involving children would require the employee or business owner to be police checked.It is also required that checks be done to your home for health, safety and insurance reasons.
Other than that, there does not require much else for you to do other than to advertise your service.
