A really neat home just waiting for your family to spend some time in. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this single storey home is located in the golfing community of Southern Dunes, just 20 mins south of Disney on the Highway 27.
The lounge area has comfortable sofas and chairs, plus cable TV and VCR. The kitchen is tiled and is fully equipped with every modern appliance. There is a dining set for 6 people, plus a cute window seat.
The master suite has a queen size bed and overlooks the pool and deck. The en-suite bathroom has been tiled and you can relax in the jacuzzi bath. There is also a walk-in shower, vanity basin and wc.
Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, whilst bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds. A family bathroom with bath with shower over, vanity and wc serves these guests.
Outside, the pool and deck are south facing allowing you to enjoy the Florida sunshine all through the day. The deck has loungers and patio furniture for your relaxation, whilst the kids splash in the pool!
