In partnership with Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, leaders from local NGOs in Burma, the Burmese exile community in Thailand, Cambodia, China, Laos, and Viet Nam are selected each year for fellowships that include two months of intensive learning and networking in Vermont and New York.
