Just a note to let our homeowners know that the site work has begun on The Preserve! Jim Donahue, our construction manager reports that roads are being cleared and building pads set for all buildings. Work on this phase is due to be complete in the next 90 days. Vertical construction on buildings 2 and 3 will be ready for occupancy sometime next fall.

ALSO: Special thanks to all our homeowners who joined us this weekend on our cruises on The Starship. Cruisers were treated to catering by Fishy-Fishy Cafe and enjoyed a leisurely ride to The Preserve site. See the PHOTOS! (below). Some of you even chose to purchase additional units --- which we think was a very wise decision! We are happy to announce that building 3 was completely sold out over the week-end.

If you or your friends or family are interested, we still have 5 units left on the Intracoastal side of building 6. The pre-construction price for a two bedroom is $309,000 and market price will be $379,000.
