Ladies and gentlemen, I'll now wave my magic wand and *poof! * you'll have an instant credit card! Not!
For all of you impatient imps out there who think you can twitch your nose, blink your eyes, turn around three times and have a credit card magically appear before your very eyes - come back, come back wherever you are!
Getting a credit card is something that takes time, patience and plenty of research - not a magician. If you, even for an instant, think any other way, you are in for a rude awakening, my friend. Credit cards, whether obtained online or through your financial institution, can and will affect your credit rating. How you handle credit you are granted will determine if it affects you in a positive or negative way.

Okay, you searched far and wide for the card that was right for you. You did all of your homework and obtained a credit report (to make sure everything is in order) and you had all of your personal, private, necessary information at the tip of your fingers when you were ready to begin the application process. Way to go!
Now what? Well... while you still have to wait for the card to come to you in the mail, you should take comfort in the fact knowing you have become a member of an elite few who can now shop and pay in a whole new way! And are you ready for this? You can do it instantly! How's that for ironic?
Think about it this way. When you shop on the Internet, make reservations or order products by phone, you know "instantly" if your purchase or reservation was approved! So while it may take a little longer to complete the process, once it's over, your rewards are instantaneous!
