Billing/Invoice Administrator

Position based in Mountain View, CA.
This position is responsible for receiving, reviewing,
tracking, and submitting approvals for all invoices related to technical
operations at Google. This individual will work closely with the Accounts
Payable team to receive copies of all invoices for approval; will check
invoices for accuracy both with automated tools and through communications
with other teams; will track progress of payments, ensure that all
invoices are reviewed in a timely manner, will ensure that all payments
are made to vendors in a timely manner, and will submit verified invoices
for approval to senior management. This position is responsible for
working through and resolving any discrepancies or other billing disputes
with vendors and for making recommendations on improvements or enhancements

Requirements:

This person will be responsible for managing a team responsible for controlling Google payment fraud. In this role, this person will be responsible for the following tasks and functions:
- Developing fraud control strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll process for over 2,000 employees bi-monthly using ADP.

- Initial vendor evaluation and selection.
